Lead Salesforce Developer (Team Lead)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Lead Salesforce Developer to head a small, high‑performing development team. The role blends hands‑on coding with technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Salesforce developers through coaching, code reviews and technical guidance.
• Act as the technical lead for design, development and delivery of Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and third‑party systems using APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and define robust technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, plan development activities and ensure timely delivery of projects and platform enhancements.
• Define and enforce coding standards, governance frameworks and CI/CD processes.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation, testing, security and performance standards.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a small development team.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling and best practices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and enterprise platforms.
