Lead SEO Specialist - Global

About the role

We are looking for a Lead SEO Specialist to own organic acquisition and content SEO outcomes across our global markets. You will translate demand signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact while collaborating with cross‑functional squads in a hybrid London‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of SEO initiatives, from planning through execution and optimisation.
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities and weekly actions.
• Run structured experiments, document learnings and scale successful tactics.
• Collaborate with creative, technical and operational teams to align dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, clear reporting and leadership‑ready status updates.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in organic acquisition and content SEO.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Semrush.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in cross‑functional environments.
• Data‑informed decision‑making with comfort analysing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and drive results.
