About the role
Lead Technical Program Manager will guide complex technology projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives. The role sits within JPMorgan’s EF&S Technology division in London, working with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, covering technical requirements, resource allocation and timelines.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, implementing contingency actions to keep programmes on track.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Analyse programme performance using data‑driven insights and drive continuous improvements.
- Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programmes in a large organisation.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels and influence decision‑making.
- Strong vendor management experience and technical fluency across multiple platforms.
- Excellent analytical reasoning and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
