About the role
LMI is seeking motivated professionals to join its global network as Leadership Development Partners. This self‑employed opportunity allows you to combine your entrepreneurial drive with a proven leadership development methodology, helping organisations across the UK and beyond unlock their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and build relationships with prospective clients for leadership development solutions.
- Generate leads, present proposals and close sales to grow your own pipeline.
- Facilitate and coach leadership programmes using LMI’s Total Leader® process.
- Scale your practice while collaborating with a worldwide community of leadership developers.
Required profile
- Purpose‑driven with a passion for developing people and organisations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales orientation.
- Significant experience in business leadership, management or consulting.
- Resilient, growth‑mindset and ready to take ownership of success.
