Learning and Development Coordinator (Hybrid / Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support the delivery of effective learning initiatives across our organisation. The role combines administrative coordination with strategic support for employee experience and organisational learning, offering a hybrid working model with regular visits to regional hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate leader and colleague learning interventions, including liaising with suppliers or subject‑matter experts, sending invitations, and tracking attendance.
• Manage essential and mandatory compliance training programmes as defined by each job role.
• Maintain accurate training records in the talent management system and generate performance reports for relevant business groups.
• Support digitisation of the learning catalogue and reporting capabilities through the Learn platform.
• Track leadership engagement data, learning budget expenditure, and manage the team inbox and shared calendars.
• Collaborate with the Employee Experience (EE) Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of EE&OL activities.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Understanding of learning and development concepts and the employee lifecycle.
• Based in or near the South West England operating region (Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, London).
• Willingness to travel to hub locations for team days.
