Learning and Development (L&D) Lead

About the role

OneMedical Group is seeking an ambitious, people‑focused Learning & Development professional to design, deliver and continuously improve a company‑wide learning strategy. The role will strengthen capability, boost employee engagement, support retention and use data‑led insights to measure impact across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and subject‑matter experts to identify development opportunities.
• Design and implement modern, scalable learning solutions for the whole organisation.
• Lead initiatives in leadership development, onboarding, engagement and organisational capability.
• Evaluate the impact of learning interventions and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships, influence stakeholders and embed a culture of continuous growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering engaging training and development programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience developing and implementing HR and L&D policies, procedures and processes.
• Ability to identify training needs and design solutions aligned to organisational priorities.
• Experience evaluating learning impact using data or insights.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and compliance standards.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Flexibility to travel across UK sites and a full UK driving licence with own vehicle.
