Learning & Development Internship – Magnet Technology

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology as a Learning & Development Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a leading healthcare‑technology environment. You will support L&D initiatives across two sites – the current Eynsham factory and the upcoming Bicester facility – while contributing to corporate social responsibility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and support the implementation of Learning & Development projects across the business.
• Coordinate internal training programmes, including new‑starter inductions and ongoing skill‑building sessions.
• Assist in developing the Early Careers landscape within Magnet Technology.
• Support multi‑site operational projects linked to the new factory and future vision.
• Lead and promote Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
• Facilitate internal communications by applying effective communication methods and strategies.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree related to Human Resources, Business, or a similar field.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Interest in learning and development, early‑career programmes, and CSR initiatives.
• Willingness to work onsite at Eynsham and occasionally at Bicester.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software for scheduling and record‑keeping.
