About the role
Join a leading City law firm as a Learning & Development Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will shape and deliver leadership and development programmes for Business Services leaders, mid‑level lawyers and associates across the UK, US and EMEA.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and set programme priorities.
- Manage programme budgets, ensuring cost‑efficiency while scaling impact.
- Design and implement organisational development projects and change‑management initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to align learning solutions with market trends.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of development interventions.
- Provide internal coaching as part of the firm’s coaching faculty.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of L&D experience, preferably within a law firm.
- Coaching qualification (Level 5 or higher) or equivalent accreditation.
- Proven end‑to‑end L&D programme management experience.
- Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Required skills
- Experience with digital and AI‑enabled learning platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
