Learning & Development Specialist - Sales Excellence

About the role

We are looking for an engaging, credible sales educator who combines instructional design expertise with real commercial or sales experience. The role will design and deliver sales capability programmes in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and measure impact on conversion and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a global Sales Excellence curriculum.
• Facilitate engaging training programmes across multiple regions and business areas.
• Partner with sales leaders to create targeted development solutions.
• Coach managers and sales professionals to embed learning.
• Measure learning effectiveness through commercial outcomes.
• Leverage technology and AI‑enabled learning tools to enhance the learner experience and scale delivery globally.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering sales capability, sales enablement or commercial learning programmes.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, engaging everyone from new starters to senior sales leaders.
• Knowledge of modern sales methodologies.
• Experience creating blended learning journeys incorporating instructor‑led, digital and on‑the‑job learning.
• Ability to use data and commercial metrics to demonstrate learning impact.
• Technology and digital learning fluency, using platforms and AI‑enabled tools.
• Experience working within international, multi‑site or matrix organisations (advantageous).
• Degree educated or equivalent, with excellent facilitation, coaching and storytelling skills.
• A professional learning qualification.
