Learning & Development Trainer – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to join the Wealth Management division of a leading financial services organisation in Swindon. The role will design and deliver both soft‑skill and regulatory training for financial advisers, supporting their professional growth and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning programmes.
• Design, deliver and facilitate workshops, seminars and e‑learning modules.
• Create and administer assessments, tests and licensing processes.
• Consult with key stakeholders, build strong business relationships and support new adviser onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of wealth management regulations and industry best practices.
• Contribute to special projects and new initiatives as required.

Required profile

• IFA Level 4 Diploma.
• Proven experience delivering wealth‑management or financial‑advice training.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to varied audiences and travel across the UK.
• Strong professional presence and excellent training delivery skills.

• Salary up to £50,000 per year plus £4,200 car allowance and 10 % bonus.
