Learning Disabilities Team Manager

About the role

As a Learning Disabilities Team Manager at Turning Point, you will lead a 24‑hour supported living service for four individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will ensure high‑quality, person‑centred support that enables service users to live as independently as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical, visible leadership to the Lead Support Worker and Support Workers throughout the day.
• Collaborate with other Team Managers and the Supported Living Manager to deliver services in line with person‑centred support plans.
• Carry out risk assessments, implement support plans and manage day‑to‑day operations.
• Support daily living activities such as medication administration, personal hygiene, and participation in activities.
• Maintain and develop service standards, ensuring compliance with financial and legislative frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team in a learning disabilities or supported living setting.
• Strong commitment to person‑centred care and the values of Turning Point.
• Ability to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.
