Learning Support Assistant – Full‑time (Term time)

About the role

OneSchool Global is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join its Knockloughrim campus on a full‑time, term‑time only, permanent basis. You will work directly with students who have complex learning needs, helping them engage with the self‑directed learning framework used across our global network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate targeted learning interventions for students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt resources and support inclusive lesson delivery.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in line with statutory requirements.
• Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group assistance, fostering independence and confidence.
• Participate in professional development sessions offered by the Global Teacher Academy.

Required profile

• Experience working with children who have complex learning needs.
• Previous role as a Learning Support Assistant or a comparable position.
• Familiarity with statutory frameworks governing teaching and learning in the UK.
• Education level equivalent to National 5/Standard Grade or higher.
