Are you passionate about making a positive difference in students' lives? Join Academics as a Learning Support Assistant in a mainstream primary school in Gloucester. You will support students with diverse learning needs, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential in an inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident.
- Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing EHCPs and tailored learning strategies.
- Support students in developing essential social and emotional skills.
- Assist classroom teachers with delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
Required profile
- Patient and dedicated with a genuine passion for supporting student success.
- Enthusiastic and able to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
