About the role

Are you passionate about helping learners reach their full potential in a further education setting? Dovetail & Slate are inviting Learning Support Assistants to attend an assessment day with a provider in the North West. This role places you at the heart of the learning environment, supporting students both academically and personally. You will work alongside teaching staff to create an inclusive, encouraging space where every learner feels supported to progress. Both part‑time and full‑time positions are available, providing flexibility to suit your circumstances.

Key responsibilities

• Support learners to achieve their academic targets and personal development goals through one‑to‑one and group assistance.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to design and maintain an inclusive, encouraging learning environment.

Required profile

• A genuine commitment to supporting learners in a further education setting, demonstrated by a passion for student success.
• An enhanced Adult and Child DBS, meeting safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and students, fostering positive relationships.
