About the role
Join a welcoming two‑form entry primary school in Southwark, supporting pupils from EYFS to KS2 to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and parents, providing one‑to‑one assistance and small‑group interventions for children with special educational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver tailored 1:1 support and lead small‑group learning sessions.
- Assist pupils with SEN within the classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt resources and strategies.
- Communicate progress and needs with parents and support staff.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Genuine passion for supporting pupil development.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexible, positive approach to challenges.
