Learning Support Assistant – Primary School (Southwark)

About the role
Join a welcoming primary school in Southwark as a Learning Support Assistant. You will work closely with teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential, both in group settings and one‑to‑one sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils with their learning and development.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support tailored to individual needs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to behaviour management strategies.
Required profile
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Patient, supportive, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Passion for education and a commitment to inclusive practice.
