About the role
Reeson Education is looking for a proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Waltham Forest starting September 2026. You will work closely with teachers to help pupils of varying abilities engage with lessons and achieve their learning goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Help maintain a positive, structured learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams to address individual learning needs.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, supportive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Passion for helping pupils succeed.
