Learning Support Assistant – Primary Schools (Enfield, London)

About the role

Reeson Education is building a candidate pool of Learning Support Assistants for primary schools across the Enfield borough in North London. The role starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to work in inclusive, well‑resourced classrooms, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support to pupils who require additional assistance.
• Assist small groups of children, reinforcing learning objectives.
• Work with children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties.
• Support class teachers and SENCOs in planning and delivering differentiated lessons.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and an inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a role supporting children with additional needs.
• Caring, patient and flexible attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of behaviour support strategies.
• Genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Availability to start in September 2026.
