About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets. In this role you will help pupils with special educational needs achieve their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils during classroom activities and in other school settings.
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
- Encourage student engagement, confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor progress and adapt support as needed.
- Contribute to ongoing education and training initiatives within the school.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
