Learning Support Assistant – SEND Support in Primary Schools

About the role
Reeson Education is recruiting proactive and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work on a daily supply and short‑term basis across primary schools in Haringey, North London. The role starts in September 2026 and involves supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support for pupils with SEND.
- Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour management.
- Support classroom learning and encourage pupil engagement.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCOs.
- Promote independence across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Required profile
- Adaptable, patient and confident working with children of varying ages.
- Psychology graduates or candidates with prior SEN experience are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service.

- Flexible working with the possibility of moving into long‑term placements.
- Daily rates between £85.5 and £110 inclusive of holiday pay.
