About the role
This position offers the chance to join a dedicated support team at an excellent school in Kingston Upon Thames. You will work directly with pupils who have diverse learning needs, helping them achieve confidence and progress in their studies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist with targeted literacy and numeracy interventions.
- Encourage student engagement and build confidence in learning.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff to deliver consistent support.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for education.
- Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils.
Required skills
- Effective communication with children and staff.
- Basic understanding of literacy and numeracy teaching strategies.
