Learning Technologist – Digital Innovation

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Technologist to join our Digital Innovation Team at a specialist construction college. In this role you will help colleagues maximise digital technology to improve teaching, learning and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical support and training on digital tools across the college.
• Create and maintain digital learning resources.
• Promote confidence and competence in using Microsoft 365, AI and other digital technologies.
• Support the delivery of the college’s Digital Strategy and innovation projects.
• Share best practice and remove barriers to digital adoption.

• Enthusiastic and proactive with a passion for learning and technology.

• Motivated to contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
