Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join a thriving Property Litigation team in London. The role offers genuine autonomy, high client contact and a supportive partner‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering collective enfranchisement, lease extensions and landlord‑tenant disputes.
• Handle service charge matters, First‑tier Tribunal applications and possession claims (residential and commercial).
• Advise on forfeiture, easements, boundaries and restrictive covenants.
• Develop expertise while contributing to the growth of the department.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Experience in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions or related property discipline.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of leasehold property matters and a proactive, commercially‑minded approach.
