About the role

The Leasing Associate is responsible for delivering daily operational duties that create an exceptional resident experience in a 24/7 environment. This 12‑month fixed‑term position involves marketing, tenancy administration, and building maintenance support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including viewings, follow‑ups, and converting enquiries into leases.
• Maintain accurate data capture in systems and ensure timely updates of contact details.
• Welcome on‑site enquiries, schedule resident apartment visits, and manage cancellations.
• Respond to online web‑chat and email enquiries professionally.
• Support resident events, move‑in/move‑out processes, and community preparations.
• Perform health and safety compliance tasks and general administrative duties such as logging maintenance requests and handling parcel deliveries.

Required profile

• Good general education with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a sales‑focused hospitality or real‑estate environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using property operations software (training provided).
