About the role

Join a flagship 300+ unit Build to Rent development as a Leasing Associate, representing the face of the community and guiding residents through the leasing journey. You will work alongside a high‑performing onsite team to deliver exceptional service and help shape a vibrant resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing process from initial enquiry to move‑in.
• Conduct engaging property tours and showcase community benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing residents.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and keep accurate CRM records.
• Support occupancy targets through proactive follow‑up and conversion activities.
• Coordinate move‑ins, inventories and tenancy administration.
• Collaborate with the wider onsite team to ensure an outstanding resident experience.
• Monitor local market activity and competitor offerings to maximise leasing performance.

Required profile

• Experience in Build to Rent, PBSA, residential lettings, hospitality or a similar customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Commercially minded with a knack for influencing and converting enquiries.
• Positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday as part of the leasing operation.
