Leasing Associate

About the role

The Leasing Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional 24/7 resident experience while managing daily operational tasks at the community. This role combines marketing, tenancy administration, and front‑of‑house service to ensure residents receive service levels that exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including property viewings, follow‑ups on enquiries, and converting prospects into leases.
• Plan and organise daily activities to achieve targeted leasing numbers and maintain accurate data capture.
• Welcome on‑site enquiries, manage documentation, contracts, payments, and schedule resident apartment visits.
• Respond to online chat and email enquiries professionally, support cross‑selling, and assist other communities as needed.
• Inspect community areas, ensure leasing materials meet standards, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of amenities and local features.
• Provide front‑of‑house customer service, support resident events, and handle move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Log maintenance requests, manage parcel deliveries, and perform minor cleaning or ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Good level of general education with excellent customer service skills.
• Significant experience in a sales role within accommodation, hospitality, leisure, or reservations environments.
• Ability to influence, adapt quickly, and exceed service and sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills, multitasking ability, and high attention to detail.
• Culturally aware, approachable team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using property operations software (training provided if needed).
