Leasing Consultant

About the role

Our client is an innovative residential property business creating high‑quality rental communities across single‑family homes and apartments. They are seeking a customer‑focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing team and help prospective residents find their ideal home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and proactively engage prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Guide customers through the full leasing journey from initial enquiry to move‑in.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date property listings across multiple platforms.
• Process leads and applications in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Conduct referencing, Right‑to‑Rent checks and keep applicants informed.
• Collaborate with viewing agents and internal teams to maximise occupancy.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights for business improvement.
• Work towards individual and team leasing targets and KPIs while complying with data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, BTR leasing, RSA or PBSA leasing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Target‑driven and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to travel between properties as needed.
