About the role
We are seeking a passionate Lecturer to deliver Level 2 qualifications in Childcare and Health & Social Care across our multi‑campus college in Buckinghamshire. You will inspire learners, design engaging curricula and support students to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Design innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment schedules.
- Create safe, inclusive and challenging learning environments.
- Provide tailored support to overcome individual learning barriers, including early years needs.
Required profile
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Health & Social Care.
- Strong passion for learning and student success.
- Willingness to experiment with new ideas and digital tools.
- No formal teaching qualification required – support provided through the Taking Teaching Further scheme.
