Lecturer – Electrical Installation (2 positions)

About the role

Trafford College Group is seeking two full‑time Lecturers in Electrical Installation to join the Stretford Campus. Working 35 hours per week, you will teach Level 1, 2 and 3 electrotechnical courses to both apprentices and full‑time students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, student‑focused teaching across electrical installation modules.
• Develop and continuously improve curriculum and learning materials.
• Implement effective teaching and assessment strategies to support learner success.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and full‑time students.

Required profile

• Relevant occupational qualifications at a minimum of Level 3.
• Previous experience teaching to Level 3 standards.
• Level 5 teaching certificate or willingness to work towards it.
• Level 3 assessing qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Passion for the subject and commitment to student development.
