About the role
Fairfield School of Business is seeking a full‑time Lecturer in Business to join its Leicester campus. The role involves planning, delivering and continuously improving high‑quality, innovative teaching that supports student engagement, achievement and progression.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of teaching and learning in business subjects.
- Produce schemes of work, lesson plans, assessment plans and learning materials.
- Mark assignments and provide timely feedback.
- Identify individual student needs and act as a Personal Tutor.
- Maintain records of formative and summative assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share good practice and develop course resources.
- Participate in service planning, delivery, monitoring and review.
