Lecturer in Business Management (Higher Education)

About the role

The London School of Management Education (LSME) seeks a dynamic Lecturer to deliver modules within its university‑validated BSc (Hons) Business Management programme. You will design, teach, and assess courses while supporting student success in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars and workshops in line with the module specification.
• Update teaching materials, reading lists and assessment strategies for university approval.
• Develop marking schemes, provide formative feedback and produce end‑of‑module reports.
• Identify and support students requiring additional assistance.
• Participate in induction, staff development, programme committee meetings and university visits.
• Contribute to research activities, conferences and internal events.
• Adhere to LSME and university policies on equal opportunities, health and safety, etc.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Business & Finance, Accounting or a related field, with teaching qualifications.
• Preferably at least 3 years of university‑level teaching experience in the UK.
• Proven ability to teach online or blended courses.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional conduct and strong subject‑matter expertise.
