About the role

Join a dynamic, industry‑connected college to inspire future business and hospitality leaders through hands‑on, inclusive teaching. The role starts in January 2027 and involves delivering Foundation Year and Foundation Degree programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching across Business, Hospitality and Academic Skills modules at Levels 3, 4 and 5.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to encourage student progression and success.
• Use innovative, experiential learning methods and digital platforms to keep teaching industry‑relevant.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enhance curriculum and employability opportunities.
• Participate in scholarly activity or professional practice to maintain subject expertise.

Required profile

• Relevant BA and postgraduate qualification (or equivalent professional experience) in Business, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCert or equivalent).
• Experience teaching at Levels 3, 4 and 5 and supporting students from widening participation backgrounds.
• Commitment to inclusive, experiential pedagogy and strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Confidence using digital learning platforms and tools.
• Ability to embed inclusive approaches for diverse learners.
