Lecturer in Motor Vehicle

About the role
Join Chichester College Group as a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, delivering practical, industry‑relevant teaching on our Shoreham Airport campus. You will inspire learners from Entry Level to Level 3, preparing them for successful careers in automotive and motorsport sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands‑on teaching across Motor Vehicle and Motorsport programmes.
- Plan, assess and monitor learner progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date curriculum in collaboration with colleagues and industry partners.
- Develop students' technical knowledge, practical competence and professional behaviours.
Required profile
- A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Motor Vehicle, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.
- Current or recent industry experience in automotive, motorsport or vehicle maintenance.
- Strong passion for developing learners and excellent communication skills.
