About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Legal Administration Assistant to join our Client Services Team within the Real Estate Division. The role sits at the heart of client management, supporting partners, fee earners and external stakeholders across a range of commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Services Team Leader in managing key client accounts.
- Act as the first point of contact for client management queries.
- Develop and maintain client systems, extranets, reports and procedures.
- Coordinate deadlines, workflow and client documentation to the highest standard.
- Assist with project management, including due‑diligence exercises and case‑management systems.
- Deliver exceptional client care through effective communication and organisation.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing administration role.
- Open to candidates from legal or non‑legal backgrounds (admin, executive, project coordination, client services).
- Strong organisational and IT skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with energy, flexibility and initiative.
- Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
