Legal Advisor – Customer Support (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Advisor to join our Bristol office, providing telephone‑based legal advice to a high‑volume customer base. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, handling a variety of legal queries ranging from employment and consumer rights to property disputes and personal injury.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and empathetic legal advice over the phone, guiding customers through policy applications and product queries.
• Maintain service level agreements and quality standards while handling inbound calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay current with relevant legislation, case law, and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• LLB (or equivalent) qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
