About the role

Join Bond Turner’s Court team in Liverpool as a Pre‑Litigation Legal Assistant. You will handle a mixed caseload of injury and non‑injury claims, assessing their readiness for settlement or issuance and advising clients on the merits of personal injury and credit hire matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and progress a mixed caseload of injury and non‑injury claims.
• Review files to determine settlement potential or readiness for court issuance.
• Provide advice on the merits of personal injury and credit hire claims.
• Communicate updates to clients and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Procedure Rules and strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong legal knowledge, especially court procedures and the CPR.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Highly organised with strong verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
• Understanding of personal injury and credit hire claim processes.
• Ability to assess claim merits and provide clear client updates.
