Legal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a bright, capable Legal Assistant to support our Legal & HR team within a multi‑jurisdiction financial services business. This hands‑on position is ideal for a graduate with 1‑2 years of experience in fintech or a regulated environment who wants to broaden their skill set across contracts, regulatory support and day‑to‑day legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, reviewing and administering commercial documents such as NDAs, supplier agreements and employment‑related paperwork.
• Maintain and update the contract management system to ensure agreements are accurately recorded, tracked and easily accessible.
• Support the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, terminations and managing diarised deadlines.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research across the jurisdictions in which we operate.
• Coordinate execution of documents, arrange signatures and keep clean execution records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure smooth contract processes.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1‑2 years of experience in a legal, contract or compliance role, preferably within fintech or another regulated sector.
• Legally minded, highly organised and able to work quickly and accurately across a varied workload.
• Strong interest in how regulated businesses operate and a desire to develop a broad legal skill set.
