Legal Counsel

About the role

THG is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal team, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel. The role will support the company’s rapid growth across its beauty and sports nutrition businesses, providing commercial, corporate, IP and data‑protection advice in an international, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements, distribution and marketplace agreements.
• Prepare manufacturing agreements for both THG as manufacturer and as customer across beauty and nutrition sectors.
• Draft and manage licence agreements, both inbound and outbound, covering intellectual property rights.
• Provide generalist legal advice on corporate, litigation, IP and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to support growth, innovation and brand expansion.

Required profile

• Law degree and a valid practising certificate.
• 2–5+ years post‑qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
