Legal Engineer – Hybrid (Nottingham)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Engineer to join our growing team in central Nottingham. Working hybrid, you will help design, build and maintain digital tools that streamline legal processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand prototypes into fully functional, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with lawyers to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all digital platforms.
• Design logical workflows and integrate AI services, including large language models, into existing tools.
• Ensure all solutions comply with AI, data protection and security standards.

Required profile

• Experience with low‑code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, HighQ, Smartsheet or Legora.
• Strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to design clear, logical workflows and translate them into digital solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering and LLM integration.
