Legal Operations Transformation Manager – 15‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

This 15‑month fixed‑term position supports a leading professional services organisation in driving legal operations transformation. Working across London, Edinburgh or Glasgow on a hybrid basis, you will help deliver strategic projects, improve processes and enable meaningful change throughout the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of legal operations and transformation projects.
• Track project plans, risks, actions and milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholders to keep initiatives progressing.
• Produce project reporting, dashboards and status updates.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support change initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience delivering or supporting projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent reporting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in legal operations, legal project management, a law firm or professional‑services environment.
