Legal Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team. Based remotely with occasional visits to our Manchester office, you will focus on sourcing and placing legal professionals for top law firms in the North West while covering the London commercial market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a warm desk of existing accounts and develop new business through calls, emails and social media.
• Source, screen and present candidates from our extensive database and external channels.
• Maintain relationships with law firms and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Achieve monthly and annual placement targets and contribute to the company’s growth plans.
• Collaborate with in‑house trainers and marketing teams for candidate outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal recruitment, specifically covering the London market.
• Strong commercial awareness of law firms in the North West.
• Competitive, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Ability to commute to central Manchester when required.
