About the role

We are seeking a motivated Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Kirkham. You will work within a specialist legal headhunting practice, supporting some of the UK’s most exclusive legal clients and helping to place top talent across the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and assess legal professionals for permanent and interim roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Achieve personal revenue targets and contribute to team goals.
• Utilise the agency’s proprietary tools and data to drive effective placements.

Required profile

• Highly driven, articulate and intelligent individuals.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to learn the legal market quickly.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
