Legal Services Advisor

About the role
Our client, a well‑established membership body serving over 3,000 UK clients, is seeking a Legal Services Advisor to join their legal team. This position offers the chance to work closely with members, providing timely legal assistance and supporting the delivery of high‑quality legal information.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to members' legal queries via email and telephone.
- Maintain an accurate log of all incoming queries.
- Escalate complex cases to in‑house solicitors for further handling.
- Draft and upload regular legal bulletins for the membership.
Required profile
- Strong research abilities and a keen interest in employment law.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex legal information.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and able to work well with people.
- A Law degree with employment law modules is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Graduate Diploma in Law or Legal Practice Certificate is also welcomed.
