Legionella Remedial Plumber – Coventry & Midlands

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Legionella Remedial Plumber to join a leading water hygiene company serving the Midlands region. You will work on domestic hot and cold water systems, diagnosing faults and delivering remedial solutions on site.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and assess domestic hot and cold water systems for remedial work.
• Maintain and replace thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs).
• Remove deadlegs and install cold‑water storage tanks with associated pipework.
• Fit point‑of‑use (POU) heaters and perform pipework modifications.
• Replace outlets and install expansion vessels.
• Respond to call‑outs and produce regular service reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a plumber within the Legionella/Water Hygiene sector.
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plumbing.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
