About the role

GLL is seeking a dynamic Les Mills Body Combat Instructor to deliver high‑energy group classes at The Sovereign Centre in Eastbourne. You will lead both performance‑driven and freestyle sessions, creating a motivating atmosphere that helps members achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver safe, effective Body Combat classes for all ages and ability levels.
• Adapt routines to suit both result‑focused and party‑style sessions.
• Maintain a fun, enthusiastic environment that inspires participants.
• Monitor participant safety and provide guidance on technique.
• Contribute to the centre’s timetable and collaborate with fellow instructors.

Required profile

• Les Mills Body Combat qualification.
• Exercise to Music Level 2 or Fitness Instructor Level 2 (desirable).
• Strong communication and customer‑service focus.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Team‑player attitude.
