Les Mills Body Pump Fitness Instructor

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Les Mills Body Pump instructors to lead high‑energy classes at The Sovereign Centre in Eastbourne. You will deliver both performance‑driven and freestyle sessions, creating a motivating atmosphere for participants of all ages and abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging Body Pump classes.
• Maintain a fun, energetic, and high‑quality class environment.
• Adapt, progress, and regress exercises to suit all fitness levels.
• Inspire participants through energy, motivation, and excellent customer service.
• Consistently exceed customer expectations.

Required profile

• Les Mills Body Pump certification (essential).
• Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2 (desirable).
• Strong communication and customer‑service focus.
• Commitment, enthusiasm and knowledge of health and safety.
• Team‑player attitude.
