Letting Negotiator – Bishopston

About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Letting Negotiator to join our busy office in Bishopston. The role involves supporting landlords, assisting tenants throughout their journey, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with landlords.
• Qualify tenants, advise applicants and match them to suitable properties.
• Handle offers, negotiations and queries between landlords and tenants.
• Support marketing and canvassing activities to generate new business.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

Required profile

• Energetic, confident and proactive.
• Team player who takes ownership of tasks.
• Excellent rapport‑building skills with clients.
• Professional, articulate and committed to outstanding customer service.
• Minimum 12 months experience in lettings or estate agency.
