Lettings Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Lettings Advisor to join Bromford’s lettings team in Lichfield. You will support customers through the lettings process, ensuring accurate records and fair allocation of properties while working both from the office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new customers through the lettings journey, ensuring all documentation and pre‑tenancy checks are completed accurately.
• Collaborate with the empty homes team to minimise void periods and set up tenancies.
• Maintain and manage property shortlists in line with Bromford and local authority policies.
• Work closely with colleagues, local authorities and other stakeholders to allocate properties fairly and transparently.
• Meet key performance indicators while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role; housing or lettings experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay positive and composed in challenging situations.
• Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise workload effectively.
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to helping customers find suitable homes.
• Resilience, adaptability and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems and attention to detail.
