Lettings Assistant – Fixed Term (6 months)

About the role

The Lettings Assistant will support Riverside Group’s social housing lettings service, helping to ensure homes are let quickly, appropriately and to the required standards. This six‑month fixed‑term position is hybrid, based in Walton, Liverpool, and offers the chance to make a tangible impact on reducing rent loss from vacant properties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a quality lettings service for social housing, ensuring timely and appropriate allocations.
• Minimise rent loss by reducing the number of empty homes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold Riverside’s service standards and values.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to lettings transactions.
• Provide clear communication with customers, addressing enquiries and concerns.
