Lettings Associate – Build-to-Rent

About the role

Join a fast‑scaling, well‑funded residential landlord as a Lettings Associate, working across multiple Build‑to‑Rent sites between Cambridge and Luton. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding residents through the entire tenancy journey from viewing to move‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience throughout the resident journey.
• Conduct property viewings, move‑ins, move‑outs and mid‑term inspections.
• Monitor property condition, report issues and ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Manage inventories, compliance checks (including Right to Rent) and system updates.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders as the on‑site representative.
• Support health and safety standards across developments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings or property management.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence (essential) and suitable accommodation for an EV charger.
